When ordering on our website you just select products and add them to your shopping cart. When you have collected all the desired products you can choose from the different payment methods. If your product is in stock and you’ve placed your order before 17:00h, the package will be send on the same day. (except on Sundays and/or holidays)

When you wish to cancel your order the easiest way is to contact our customer service by phone (+31 594 512 145) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Do this immediately, since we try to send your order as quickly as possible.
Your payment will be processed by Holland’s safest online payment system ’Ogone BV’. After you’ve filled in your information Ogone will start the secured payment procedure. It will be processed within minutes.
IDEAL is a Dutch system, so this payment method only works for people with a Dutch bank account. With IDEAL you transfer money directly from your own bank to Divoza’s bank account. You just need to select your bank and follow the instructions on screen.

If you wish to return certain products, you have 30 days to do so, with the exception of books, cd’s and healthcare products. The product needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
After we’ve received your returned products we’ll immediately send you your new products or transfer money to your account. This can only be done in combination with your invoice and you bank or credit card information. Always send a copy of your purchase receipt or invoice with your package.
Attention: product specifically ordered for you and not part of our store collection cannot be cancelled.
With your personal Divoza Horseworld customer card we’ll keep you updated on the latest offers and discounts. Besides that you’ll collect points on your card. When you have collected enough points you’ll automatically receive a 10 Euro discount voucher on your doorstep.
